D-2 and D-4 visa holders can work part-time in Korea, but only after obtaining a Part-Time Work Permit (시간제 취업 허가) from immigration.

Eligibility Requirements
- Minimum GPA of C (2.0)
- Korean language proof: TOPIK score, KIIP completion, or Sejong Institute certificate
- D-4 students: must wait 6 months after arrival
How to Apply
- Get a standard labor contract (표준근로계약서) from your employer
- Get a confirmation letter from your university’s international office
- Submit through HiKorea (hikorea.go.kr) or at your local Immigration Office
- Wait for approval before starting work
